8/6/4 reps de Power Snatch subiendo el peso en cada round
6/4 reps de Squat Snatch hasta llegar al peso con el que vamos a comenzar el wod

Then, 3 rounds of:

*Prior to 12:00, complete 3 rounds of:
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups
4 squat snatches, 45/30 K
*Prior to 16:00, complete 3 rounds of:
9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
3 squat snatches, 50/35 K
*Prior to 20:00, complete 3 rounds of:

Prior to 24:00, complete 3 rounds of:
