Paso de Oso + 10 push up x 2 sets
paso de carretilla + 12 Air Squat x 2 sets
Cogemos una barra y calentamos durante 5` power clean hasta llegar al peso Rx para hacer el wod que es (60/43 K.)
AMRAP in 19 minutes
5 Cycles of 3 Minutes Each
3 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
6 Push-Ups
9 Air Squats
Rest 1 Minute Between Each 3-Minute Cycle
Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 3 minutes, then rest 1 minute. Start each 3-minute cycle where you left off on the previous cycle. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles. Count total rounds and reps completed.
